     As the chip module is the main heating component of the TV box, once overheating occurs, the chip and system bear the brunt. Users will obviously feel that the system is slow, stuck, blue screen and flash back; The overheating of WiFi module is reflected in the decline of network transmission speed and obvious network delay. In addition, the aging speed of the motherboard will be faster for TV boxes that have been overheated for a long time.

1.  Nowadays, the shape of TV box is generally miniaturized, and both chips and circuits in the limited body are highly integrated, and its heat dissipation performance is compressed to the extreme; In this case, the heat dissipation methods that can be adopted are very limited. Usually, a heat dissipation iron sheet is installed on the back of the motherboard to reduce the heat of the CPU by using the principle of metal heat conduction.

2. Due to the small body of the box, the heat after the heat dissipation of the iron sheet is still accumulated in the box. On this basis, some manufacturers began to reserve heat dissipation holes on the box shell, or use the metal body to speed up the heat dissipation speed.

The heat dissipation performance of the TV box with this design is significantly higher than that of the TV box with passive heat dissipation, but the volume will be larger than that of the general box.
